ARCO AND STACO INTEGRATE GRATING ACTIVITIES

January 2008 - As Arco Roosters B.V. and her subsidiaries and Staco Group have integrated their grating activities as of 2 January 2008, the grating technology division of ROTO has further expanded. This reinforcement makes ROTO an important player in the European grating market.

The new grating technology group has production plants and sales offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Poland, as well as sales offices in France, Luxembourg and Germany. Because of this network, we can supply customers throughout Europe with various types of gratings and stair treads in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

We are very enthusiastic about the integration of the grating activities of Arco and Staco, which will lead to clear advantages of synergy. We shall continue our strategy to remain the grating specialist our customers require. We shall also continue to invest in the newest technologies, product development and product innovation.
